The ARCA GIIS Uppal Campus provides access to information not just to widen the horizons of the users’ knowledge but also to support a host of their learning activities that range from book learning and newspaper reading to using e-journals and reading e-books. Librarians are not just the gatekeepers here but the facilitators in a larger process aimed at improving the quality of life of the individual. We are driven by the motto to strive hard with commitment and dedication, which requires team spirit and tenacity to serve the strategic information requirements of the academic community on a continual basis pin-pointedly, exhaustively and expeditiously.
The ARCA GIIS Uppal Campus Library aims to be a leading academic research library in the area. The eclectic collection that constitutes the Library currently includes over 10,000 books. The Library resources comprise Encyclopaedias, Dictionaries on various subjects, general collections, valuable source books, critical works as well as specific skills-related books on Personality Development, Time Management and Communication Skills. The Library subscribes to research e-journals, besides subscribing to daily news papers, magazines and journals.

If a picture is worth 1,000 words how much is a video worth? Think back to when you were in school, walking into the classroom and seeing the film projector setup meant class was going to be much more interesting. Showing how a cell divides vs. describing it with words is a night and day difference. Rich media that are readily available on the Internet can help the student grasp more complex concepts quicker and easier than using the written word alone. Recent studies have shown where technology is implemented correctly, test scores rise, there is improved student attendance and increased student comprehension.
SCIENCE LABORATORIES
ARCA GIIS-Science Lab​
A Science lab is a workplace for the conduct of scientific research. It helps students to remember the concepts better. It helps to transfer the experience to other learning situations. It is a facility that provides controlled conditions in which scientific research, experiments and measurement may be performed.
A science lab consists of Burettes, tongs, tweezers, forceps, test tubes, conical flasks, laboratory balance, specimens, slides, microscopes, many chemicals useful for experiments.
Our ARCA GIIS Science lab is unique because students have got all necessary equipment to carry on essential experiments. Microscopes will be issued to students in 1:1 ratio and they will be asked to record their investigations in their record books. In this way we recommend our students to focus on observation, Inference and Analysis.

Arca GIIS School canteen provides healthy and balanced Indian vegetarian food. The food is cooked, and served in the most hygienic conditions. The inputs from qualified dieticians and nutritionists are taken in determining a balanced and healthy menu for the children.

SWIMMING POOL
Dive into Excellence!​
Swimming is useful to children in many ways. It not only strengthens the shoulder and thigh muscles, but also allows children to breathe deeply, and sustain breath underwater for long periods of time. Realizing the importance of swimming for fun and as a sport, children are provided specific time slots and weekend slots for practice of swimming.
In ARCA GIIS, swimming is conducted by trained coaches and is supervised carefully for the safety of each and every student involved in the activity.
SKATING RINK

Taking up an active hobby such as skating can help a child to keep fit and healthy, whilst also leading to good habits in adulthood. Roller skating works almost every major muscle group in the body. Not only that, kids today need all the help they can get to stay in shape and live a healthy lifestyle. And skating does just that by providing a great way for them to exercise!
So, we offer skating lessons as well to our children, in addition to all other activities. Our Skating lessons are provided to children by trained professionals, and practice sessions are held at the school’s skating rink.
